The Peugeot Projekt is my first attempt at converting a multi-gear bicycle into a fixed gear or fixie. The original bike is a late 1970's era model, made in France, which was a gift to me from a dear friend. Although I love the bike, it sat mainly unused until I got the itch to make a fixie. This site documents the build via photos and descriptions along the way, and will be updated as the projekt evolves.>This photo shows the bike at the start of the build, in original condition.
